• Use selling skills to connect, engage, and inspire every customer and help them with their client’s hair care solutions.
• Provide information and instruction about products and share new product launches.
• Set up merchandising displays, and restock the shelves as required.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promote our credit card and explain the benefits for the stylist.
• Maintain a professional store environment and work together with your peers and Store Leader to achieve store goals.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

• The position requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities.
• Recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs., occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes, chemicals, and odors upon occasion.
