About the Role

As a Sales Associate at CosmoProf, you will be part of one of the largest hair and beauty suppliers in the world. We need passionate and talented people to connect, engage, and inspire every customer while helping them with their clients’ hair care solutions.

Responsibilities

• Use selling skills to connect, engage, and inspire customers.
• Provide information and instruction about products and share new product launches.
• Set up merchandising displays and restock shelves as required.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promote our credit card and explain the benefits for stylists.
• Maintain a professional store environment and collaborate with peers and the Store Leader to achieve store goals.
• Demonstrate CosmoProf’s Purpose and Values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, stretch, reach, and lift moderately heavy items (up to 25 lbs.), occasionally while on a ladder.
• Occasional exposure to fumes, chemicals, and odors.
