As a Sales Associate, you’ll connect with customers, provide product expertise, and contribute to a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Use selling skills to engage and inspire customers, helping them find hair care solutions for their clients.
• Provide product information and instructions, and share details about new product launches.
• Set up merchandising displays and restock shelves as needed.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promote the CosmoProf credit card and explain its benefits for stylists.
• Maintain a professional store environment and collaborate with peers and the Store Leader to achieve store goals.
• Demonstrate CosmoProf’s Purpose and Values in all interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions

• Requires physical exertion, including long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, and reaching.
• Recurring lifting of moderately heavy items (e.g., shipment or record boxes), with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs., occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes, chemicals, and odors on occasion.
