About the role

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. They will assist with various beauty products including hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. This role requires knowledge and training provided by Sally Beauty, along with a passion and personality.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty among customers.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products to customers.
• Inform customers about current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.
