Sales Associate - Chicago / Detroit
About the role
We’re launching a new Sales Associate Cohort starting October 1, 2026. This 18-month entry-level field sales role focuses on building a long-term career in Mölnlycke’s Wound Care business. Candidates will become fully cross-trained on our entire Wound Care portfolio, gaining the necessary product expertise, clinical understanding, and field experience.
Responsibilities
- Follow a structured milestone-based development plan
- Build foundational clinical and product knowledge across the full Wound Care portfolio
- Receive ongoing, robust performance feedback from both your Sales Enablement Manager and Region Manager
- Shadow & collaborate with Territory Sales reps through all stages of the sales cycle
- Develop advanced sales proficiency through customer engagement, opportunity management, and cross-functional field exposure
- Build readiness for a Territory Manager role through account ownership, territory coverage, strategic planning, and sales forecasting responsibilities
Requirements
- BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field from an accredited college and/or university required
- Ready to start on 10/1/2026
- Demonstrated leadership skills, Customer Service, Sales, and/or Marketing Experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., sit, stand, walk for long distances, and stoop
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Must be able to obtain and maintain hospital-required credentialing, which may include Covid-19 vaccinations
- Relocation within the US may be required for promotion

Pay
This role is eligible for a base salary, quarterly bonus, and car reimbursement.
Schedule
60-75% overnight travel is expected across the Heartland Region. The region covers Northern IL (Chicagoland), IN, KY, MIP.
