About the role

A Front End Sales Associate/Cashier manages transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and reporting to supervisors. The role involves collecting payments via cash, checks, or cards, verifying transaction accuracy, and reviewing pricing and discounts with management support. Additional duties include returning carts, restocking, fixing displays, and supporting team members with various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer payments and provide change or vouchers
• Count cash, checks, and card payments at shift end
• Verify discounts, returns, and voids with management
• Support store cleanliness and organization
• Perform additional duties as needed

Requirements

• Basic math and cash-handling abilities
• Knowledge of cash register functions
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
