About the role

The Sales Associate, Bulgari, plays a crucial role in the DFS sales floor, acting as the brand ambassador and first point of contact for customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting, purchasing, and refunding merchandise while demonstrating excellent customer service
• Complete customer transactions professionally and promptly
• Identify customer preferences and recommend suitable products
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints courteously; escalate to Manager on Duty if necessary
• Aid other sales associates during peak periods to ensure prompt service to all customers

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of sales experience in luxury retail environments, preferably in fashion, fine jewelry, and watches
• Knowledge of the fashion and luxury industries
• Comfortable with high-level customer service and commission-based environment
• Familiarity with POS terminal operations and accurate, quick transaction handling
• High energy and positive attitude towards job responsibilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays

Qualifications

Secondary language skills are beneficial but not required.

Pay

This is an hourly non-exempt, union position with a starting pay rate of $24.50 per hour, not including eligible commission and benefits.
