About the role
The LEGO® Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) role is designed to exceed guests' expectations through engaging interactions and delivering a signature experience in LEGO® stores. This position requires a blend of customer service, inventory management, and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Greet every guest in a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner.
- Perform all cash register functions and ensure a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment.
- Operate the store stockroom, assisting in the receiving of merchandise, maintaining the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, and adhering to all safety regulations.
- Deliver inspirational retail experiences aligned with LEGO® Brand values.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests, process information/merchandise through the register system, and work various hours as business dictates.
Requirements
Must have constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders may occur occasionally. Requires close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
