About the Role

Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by delivering professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging service.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest in your location and perform all cash register functions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties and adhering to LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
• Operate the store stockroom safely and efficiently, including receiving merchandise, maintaining stockroom standards, and adhering to all safety regulations.
• Notify management of potential shortage situations.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate challenging situations to a manager.
• Engage customers using promotional materials and loyalty programs.
• Handle store operational tasks as assigned.

Pay

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $18.40 to $19.90, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
