Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) and provide inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals to join us on a part-time basis to deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO® Brand values.

Responsibilities

• Exceed our guests’ expectations through fun and meaningful interactions (80% of role).
• Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting each visitor, performing all cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner at all times.
• Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (10% of role).
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, including receiving merchandise, maintaining stockroom standards, adhering to safety regulations, and notifying management of potential shortages (10% of role).
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Process information and merchandise through the register system.
• Work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates.

Requirements

• Must provide availability to work up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day with a minimum of 3 days (availability does not guarantee scheduled hours).
• Freely access all areas of the store, including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock.
• Physical ability to constantly move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours.
• May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.

Pay

The hourly wage for the position ranges from $17.25 to $18.75, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
