As a representative of our brand, you will deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring clients have a positive and memorable experience. Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide a warm, welcoming experience.
• Assess clients' skin types and determine appropriate tanning equipment and lotion; explain the tanning process, including safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized tanning area, ensuring equipment is in good working order and supplies are well-stocked.
• Upsell tanning lotions and products based on clients' individual needs and preferences.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining professionalism and high customer service standards.
• Build and maintain client relationships, keeping accurate records of tanning history and preferences.
• Complete daily inventory reports and open/close the salon on time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand, bend, and work for long periods.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or sales is highly preferred (1 year of sales or customer service experience).
• Passionate about the tanning industry with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.

Pay

$17.00 per hour plus sales commission.
