About the role

Blufox Mobile, a preferred retail partner of Comcast Xfinity, is actively hiring Sales Associates / Retail Sales Representatives to join our growing team. With operations in 15 states and plans to exceed 200 retail locations nationwide, the company promotes from within and rewards performance. Whether you have experience in wireless sales, cable sales, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, automotive sales, door-to-door sales, or technology sales, we provide the training and tools you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell Xfinity products and services to new and existing customers
• Build value around products and service packages
• Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions
• Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
• Execute proven sales closing techniques
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on industry trends
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Achieve high customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
• Create a welcoming and engaging retail environment
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development
• Support company initiatives and promotions

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay

Hourly base pay plus uncapped commission; salary range $35,000 – $65,000+ annually; expected earnings $18‑$35+ per hour.
