Sales Associate Blufox Mobile - Lincoln Park

About the role

Blufox Mobile, a preferred retail partner of Comcast Xfinity, is hiring Sales Associates / Retail Sales Representatives to join a growing team with operations in 15 states and plans to exceed 200 retail locations nationwide. The role involves selling Xfinity products and services, delivering exceptional customer service, and collaborating with teammates to meet store goals.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell Xfinity products and services to new and existing customers
• Build value around products and service packages
• Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions
• Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
• Execute proven sales closing techniques
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on industry trends
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build strong relationships
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Achieve high customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
• Create a welcoming and engaging retail environment
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development
• Support company initiatives and promotions

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Preferred: Retail Sales Experience, Wireless Sales Experience, Telecommunications Sales Experience, Cable Sales Experience, Customer Service Experience, Technology Sales Experience, Commission-Based Sales Experience

Pay

Competitive hourly base pay plus uncapped commission; expected earnings $18‑$35+ per hour, equivalent to an annual range of approximately $35,000‑$65,000+.

Schedule

Full‑time position requiring a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
