The Starting Rate
The starting rate is $13 per hour plus 3% commission.
Schedule
Mid Shift: Full Time, 12 pm to 7 pm or 1 pm to 8 pm.
THE DAY-TODAY
- Engage all guests in a friendly manner using our SHOW Service Basics program to deliver WOW Moments.
- Aid guests with their needs and drive sales.
- Maintain a sales focused culture to achieve store goals.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment and maintain product replenishment from stock room to guarantee guest ease of shopping.
- Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management.
- Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures.
The Ideal Candidate
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 years old or older.
