Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities

- Responsible for compliance with all ANN INC. practices and procedures
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Store Manager, Co-Manager, and Sales Leads
Revenue Generation
- Maintains individual and store financial goals
Client Experience
- Anticipates and exceeds client needs
- Builds and maintains client relationships
- Communicates effectively with store management, associates, and clients
Operations
- Completes opening/closing procedures and tasks
- Maintains a safe work environment
- Participates in inventory preparation
Technical Expertise
- Uses ANN INC. computer learning systems
- Performs register transactions
- Operates phone and understands PDT functions
Product/Brand Management
- Understands and articulates brand positioning
- Learns and shares product and styling knowledge with peers
- Adheres to ANN INC. dress code guidelines
Position Requirements
- Client Service: Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Follow Directions: Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines as assigned
- Mergandising: Knowledge of visual standards and techniques
- Communication: Communicates effectively with Clients, Members of Management, Business Partners, and Store Associates
- Schedule: Remains flexible in scheduling
- Physical: Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally
Educational Requirements and Experience
- Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum one year sales associate or relevant experience in the services industry with proven results
