Sales Associate Athens Part Time

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers throughout the entire sales process.
• Provide personalized advice based on each customer’s needs.
• Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service.
• Support product replenishment and ensure products are correctly displayed.
• Aid in visual merchandising activities.
• Manage cash desk operations and daily store activities.
• Help maintain a clean, organized and welcoming store environment in line with company standards.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in assisted sales, preferably within fashion, footwear or retail.
• Strong customer focus and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, proactivity and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility and availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good level of English. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.
• Interest in fashion, design and product.
