As a representative of our esteemed brand, you will deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring clients have a positive and memorable experience. The ideal candidate is highly motivated to meet and exceed client-based objectives in a commission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide a warm, welcoming experience.
• Assess clients' skin types and determine appropriate tanning equipment and lotion.
• Explain the tanning process, including proper positioning and safety guidelines, and answer client questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized tanning area, ensuring equipment is in good working order and supplies are well-stocked.
• Upsell tanning lotions and other products based on individual client needs and preferences.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high professionalism and customer service.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of client information, including tanning history and preferences.
• Open and close the tanning salon on time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or sales is highly preferred.
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand, bend, and work for long periods.

Preferred Experience

• 1 year of sales experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.

Pay

$16.50 per hour + uncapped commission and bonuses.
