About the role

We are seeking dedicated, enthusiastic, and personable professionals to join our team as Sales Associates. As a representative of Zoom Tan, you will deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring clients have a positive and memorable experience. This is a commission-driven role focused on long-term success and growth within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide a warm, welcoming experience.
• Assess clients' skin types and recommend appropriate tanning equipment and lotions; explain the tanning process, including safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized tanning area, ensuring equipment is functional and supplies are well-stocked.
• Upsell tanning lotions and products based on clients' needs and preferences.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining professionalism and high customer service standards.
• Build and maintain client relationships, keeping accurate records of tanning history and preferences.
• Open and close the tanning salon on time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or sales is highly preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand, bend, and work for long periods.

Preferred experience: 1 year in sales or customer service.

Pay

$15.00 per hour + uncapped commission and bonuses.
