About the role
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Woof Gang Bakery in Concord, OH. As a part-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling our products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain positive customer experiences through excellent communication and service
- Sell our pet food, bakery treats, and grooming services to pet owners
- Answer phones and book appointments
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements
- Previous retail and receptionist experience
- Great communication skills
- Loves animals and people
- Open to learning new things
- Comfortable with responsibilities like cash handling and store safety
- Fast-paced, energetic work environment
