Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Retail experience preferred but not required
• Must be willing to learn then deliver expert advice on bird feeding, birdwatching, and nature-related products
• Must have a desire to deliver high-energy customer service
• Able to work in a fast-paced setting and spend extended periods on your feet
• Comfortable with computers and able to use a computer-based POS system

Qualifications

• Interest in the backyard bird feeding hobby or nature is preferred, but curiosity and willingness to learn about the subject is required. We will train you!
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 20-50 lbs. repeatedly
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will include weekend shifts, and working during busy holiday periods and sales
