Responsibilities
- Engage with potential residents to promote our senior living communities
- Build relationships with existing residents to enhance their experience
- Manage leads and track progress using specialized software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- 2-4 years’ experience in a sales role (senior housing preferred)
- Experience with startup communities
- Proven sales record
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
- Strong business acumen
- Experience with lead tracking software
Qualifications
- Passionate about serving seniors
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer applications
