Sales Associate

Role: Sales Associate Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers.Operate cash register, scan items, handle payments, and assist with merchandise bagging.Stock, restock, and rotate merchandise on shelves, following presentation guides.Maintain store cleanliness, including cleaning floors, restroom, and setting up displays.Perform other duties as assigned to enhance store profitability and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Understanding of safety policies and practices.Ability to read planograms and merchandise presentation guides.Basic cash handling and mathematical skills.Ability to perform cash register functions and stock merchandise. Preferred Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Work Environment Frequent standing, walking, bending, and kneeling.Handling merchandise and equipment such as scanners, pricing guns, and carts.Occasional lifting up to 55 pounds and climbing using a step ladder.Fast-paced setting with moderate noise and occasional outdoor exposure.
