Role Overview The Sales Associate serves as a primary contact for customers, providing excellent service by assisting with merchandise selection, operating cash registers, and maintaining store appearance. Responsibilities include stocking and rotating inventory, cleaning the store, and supporting store profitability while safeguarding company assets. Key Duties Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and assist with merchandise bagging.Follow merchandise processes, including unpacking, stocking, and creating displays.Maintain store cleanliness by cleaning floors, restrooms, and trash removal. Qualifications & Skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Understanding of safety policies and basic cash handling procedures.Ability to read planograms and perform basic math.Capability to stock merchandise and operate cash registers. Experience & Working Conditions High school diploma or equivalent preferred. The role involves frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting (up to 55 pounds), and occasional climbing, in a fast-paced environment with moderate noise and possible exposure to outside weather conditions.
