Sales Associate

Role: Sales Associate responsible for creating memorable customer experiences, promoting the brand, and supporting store operations. Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service using the C.H.A.R.M service model, assist in all store functions including POS, merchandising, visual presentation, and stock management, and collaborate with management to meet sales goals. Qualifications & Skills: Must be at least 16 years old, flexible with work hours, team-oriented, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Duties: Maintain store standards, stay informed about product launches, adhere to policies on asset protection and inventory control, and contribute to a positive team culture. Physical Demands: Ability to lift 30+ pounds, move merchandise, stand and walk for extended periods, climb ladders, and read/comprehend instructions and screens. Additional Info: Compensation ranges from $15.50 to $18.25, with equal opportunity employment practices.
