Role Overview Acts as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with merchandise, displays, and store operations to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability. Key Responsibilities Unload trucks and receive merchandise according to company processes.Build merchandise displays, stock shelves, rotate and face products, and restock recovered items.Assist customers in locating products and operate cash registers for transactions.Maintain store cleanliness by tidying floors, restrooms, and stockrooms, and dispose of trash.Follow safety policies and company procedures, including proper lifting and handling of merchandise.Support merchandising efforts, including ordering merchandise and setting up displays. Qualifications & Skills Effective interpersonal and communication skills.Understanding of safety practices and basic cash handling procedures.Ability to read plan-o-grams and perform basic math.Proficiency with cash register functions and handheld scanners.High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Working Conditions Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds.Use of equipment such as scanners, pricing guns, and carts.Fast-paced environment with moderate noise and occasional outdoor exposure.
