Role Overview Acts as the primary contact for customers, assisting with merchandise display, stocking, and store maintenance to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, following procedures to receive and unpack merchandise, building displays, stocking and rotating items, and assisting customers in locating products. Key Duties Stocking, rotating, and facing merchandise on shelvesBuilding merchandise displays and restocking recovered itemsAssisting customers with inquiries and locating productsOperating cash registers, handling payments, and bagging purchasesMaintaining store cleanliness by dusting, mopping, and trash removalSupporting inventory management using handheld scannersCleaning and setting up store displays as needed Qualifications & Skills Effective communication and interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of safety policies and store proceduresAbility to read plan-o-grams and follow presentation guidanceBasic cash handling and mathematical skillsProficiency with cash register functions Work Environment Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 poundsUse of equipment such as scanners, box cutters, and dolliesFast-paced setting with moderate noise and occasional outside weather exposure
