Duties
- Exemplify our Core Values.
- Demonstrate exceptional soft skills.
- Capture action items and notes during meetings.
- Check in monthly with every wholesale customer on stock levels and sell them products.
- Check in monthly with every retailer on your call sheet and ask them to restock our best selling items as well as pre-order our key new releases.
- Keep clear and current daily for all Sales correspondence.
- Respond quickly and effectively to inquiries from wholesale customers.
- EFFECTIVELY provide a back to the Support Associates by covering the inquiries from our support tickets when the Support personnel are off.
- Proactively reach out to customers to localize and sell our product and maintain excellent relationships with our customers all around the world.
- Engage in a Learning Pathway each week to reinforce and expand your knowledge.
- Manage sales and inventory levels on multiple platforms for direct-to-consumer sales (Examples: Shopify, Amazon, TCGPlayer, etc).
- Travel to conventions to promote brands and sell products.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of tabletop games and industry trends.
- Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Pay
- $20 - $25 per hour based on experience.
Schedule
- Office hours: 08:00-17:00, Monday through Friday.
- One-hour unified break at 13:00.
- Travel to conventions approximately 3-4 times per year.
