About the role
The Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting products to customers.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Present products effectively and answer questions about features and benefits.
- Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
- Customer service-oriented personality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic computer operations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay
