About the role

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals.
• Create the customer experience through use of selling skills and extensive product knowledge.
• Understand and communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle with team members and customers.
• Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained.
• Work with an amazing team of professionals who share your passion for excellence.

Requirements

• One-to-three years’ experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, along with verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods of time.

Pay

The compensation range for this position is 15.00 USD - 17.00 USD per hour, based on relevant experience and work location.
