To Land This Role:

  • You have one-to-three years’ experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
  • You have strong personal selling and customer relations experience, along with verbal and written communication skills.
  • You have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
  • You can lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive the business and meet personal sales goals.
  • Create the customer experience through use of selling skills and extensive product knowledge.
  • Understand and communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle with each other and the customer while ensuring all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained.

Pay

The compensation range for this position is 15.00 USD - 15.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.

Schedule

We offer a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
