Responsibilities

- Provide an exceptional shopping experience that fosters positive customer connections and loyalty. - Perform register functions, utilizing your sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales. - Work flexible schedules, including holidays, nights, and weekends. - Maintain the sales floor and ensure visual standards are met. - Assist in organizing the stockroom and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.

Requirements

- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while focusing on creating an amazing customer experience. - Fashion-focused and knowledgeable about current trends.

Physical Requirements

- Stand and walk during scheduled hours. - Pack and unpack shipments, arrange and move store fixtures, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs. - Reach for merchandise using ladders, step stools, merchandise retrieving poles, and shoe poles.
