Responsibilities

- Provide an exceptional shopping experience that fosters positive connections and loyalty - Perform register functions, leveraging sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales - Work flexible hours including holidays, nights, and weekends - Manage the sales floor and maintain visual merchandising standards - Assist in organizing the stockroom and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment

Requirements

- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Fashion-focused, staying updated on current trends

Physical Requirements

- Stand and walk during scheduled shifts - Pack and unpack shipments, arrange and move store fixtures, move packages weighing up to 50 lbs - Reach for merchandise using ladders, step stools, merchandise retrieving poles, shoe poles, etc.
