Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage register functions, utilizing product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
• Ensure the sales floor is covered and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Organize the stockroom and contribute to a clean, inviting store environment.

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and create a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Fashion-focused, staying updated on current trends.

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Capable of packing and unpacking shipments, arranging store fixtures, and moving packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to reach for merchandise using various tools like ladders, step stools, and poles.
