Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Perform register functions using sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
• Work flexible schedules including holidays, nights, and weekends
• Cover the sales floor and ensure visual standards are met
• Aid in organizing the stockroom and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to creating an amazing customer experience
• Fashion-focused with up-to-date trend awareness

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk during scheduled hours
• Able to pack and unpack shipments
• Able to arrange and move store fixtures
• Able to move packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Able to reach for merchandise using various tools
