Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and make each customer feel comfortable, cared for, and confident.
• Perform register functions, utilizing sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
• Manage the sales floor, ensuring visual standards are met and assisting with inventory organization.
• Support the store's overall operations, including handling shipments and maintaining a clean, inviting environment.

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay fashion-forward and knowledgeable about current trends.

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk throughout the day.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Able to reach for merchandise using various tools and equipment.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.
