Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by making each customer feel comfortable, cared for, and confident.
• Perform register functions, utilizing sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
• Work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Cover the sales floor and assist in maintaining visual standards.
• Absorb and apply current fashion trends to enhance customer experiences.

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Fashion-focused, staying updated on current trends.
• Physical requirements: able to stand and walk, pack/unpack shipments, arrange/store fixtures, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
