Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create positive connections
• Manage register functions, utilizing product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell
• Ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing
• Support the stockroom by organizing merchandise and maintaining a clean, inviting environment
• Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Fashion-conscious and knowledgeable about current trends

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Capable of packing and unpacking shipments
• Ability to reach for merchandise using various tools

Pay

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
