Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience that fosters positive connections and loyalty
• Perform register functions using sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
• Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends
• Cover the sales floor and ensure all visual standards are met
• Assist in organizing the stockroom and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to creating an amazing customer experience
• Fashion-focused, staying updated on current trends

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk around during scheduled shifts
• Able to pack and unpack shipments, arrange and move store fixtures
• Able to reach for merchandise using various tools such as ladders, step stools, merchandise retrieving poles, and shoe poles

Pay

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.
