Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and make customers feel comfortable, cared for, and confident.
• Perform register functions, using sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
• Work flexible schedules, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Cover the sales floor and ensure all visual standards are met.
• Absorb and organize incoming shipments, arrange and move store fixtures, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Reach for merchandise using various tools like ladders, step stools, and retrieving poles.

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong commitment to customer service.
• Fashion-focused, staying updated on current trends.

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk around during scheduled shifts.
• Able to pack and unpack shipments.
• Able to reach for merchandise using various tools.
