Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and make every customer feel welcome and valued.
• Drive add-on sales by utilizing product knowledge and promoting special offers.
• Manage the sales floor, ensuring all visual merchandising standards are met.
• Organize the stockroom and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
• Support team members by covering shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fashion-focused, staying updated on current trends.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with point-of-sale systems.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
