Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding shopping experience that fosters positive connections and loyalty among customers
• Perform register functions using sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
• Manage the sales floor, ensuring visual standards are met
• Assist in organizing the stockroom and maintaining a clean, inviting, and organized store environment

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Fashion-savvy and up-to-date with current trends

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk around during working hours
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Able to reach for merchandise using various tools and equipment
