Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and loyalty
• Perform register functions using sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
• Able to work flexible schedules including holidays, nights, and weekends
• Cover the sales floor and assist in ensuring all visual standards are met
• Help organize the stockroom and maintain a clean, inviting store environment

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to creating an amazing customer experience
• Fashion-focused, staying updated on current trends

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk around during scheduled shifts
• Able to pack and unpack shipments
• Able to arrange and move store fixtures
• Able to move packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Able to reach for merchandise using various tools and equipment
