Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences
• Manage register functions, utilizing product knowledge to drive add-on sales
• Ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing
• Support the stockroom by organizing merchandise and maintaining a clean, inviting environment
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and maintain a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Fashion-conscious and knowledgeable about current trends

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Capable of packing and unpacking shipments, arranging store fixtures, and moving packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to reach for merchandise using various tools such as ladders, step stools, and retrieval poles
