Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences
• Drive sales through effective communication and product knowledge
• Manage the sales floor and maintain visual merchandising standards
• Support the stockroom by organizing inventory and ensuring cleanliness
• Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Fashion-conscious and knowledgeable about current trends
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and use various equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Passion for fashion and customer service
