Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and loyalty
• Perform register functions using sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
• Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends
• Cover the sales floor and ensure all visual standards are met
• Absorb and organize store shipments, arrange fixtures, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs
• Reach for merchandise using various tools such as ladders, step stools, and retrieval poles

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong commitment to customer service
• Fashion-focused and up-to-date on current trends

Qualifications

Physical requirements (with reasonable accommodation): able to stand and walk throughout shifts, pack/unpack shipments, arrange store fixtures, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
