Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships
• Drive add-on sales through product knowledge and promotions
• Manage the sales floor and maintain visual merchandising standards
• Organize the stockroom and ensure a clean, inviting store environment
• Support the team by covering shifts, including weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledgeable about current fashion trends
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fashion and customer service
