Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure every interaction is memorable
• Manage register functions effectively, leveraging your product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell
• Ensure the sales floor is always organized and visually appealing
• Support the stockroom by organizing inventory and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment
• Work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Fashion-conscious and knowledgeable about current trends
• Physical requirements: able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks requiring reaching and climbing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
