Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Use product knowledge to drive add-on sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage the sales floor, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.
• Participate in stockroom organization and contribute to a clean, inviting store environment.

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and maintain a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledgeable about current fashion trends and able to communicate these to customers.
• Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and reaching with ladders and step stools.

Associates must have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fashion.
