Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Perform register functions, utilizing product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
• Manage the sales floor, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.
• Support the stockroom by organizing inventory and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledgeable about current fashion trends.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
