Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and make each customer feel valued and comfortable.
• Drive add-on sales by utilizing your product knowledge and promoting special offers.
• Perform register functions efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
• Manage the sales floor, ensuring all visual merchandising guidelines are met.
• Organize the stockroom and maintain a clean, organized, and appealing store environment.
• Support the team by assisting with inventory management and other tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay fashionably updated with current trends and styles.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally.
